The Investigator

Animatropolis. A city inhabited by walking, talking animals, and the unfortunate home of a noir-obsessed private investigator...alligator, who's up to his limit in dealing with the woes of urban life. But just when he's about to leave it all behind, the city stays trapped in his mind—and he stays trapped inside it! Doomed to repeat the day before he's able to move out, the alligator suddenly finds himself working for a shady stranger who shows up in his office, mentioning some nonsense about time travel. With no choice but to play along, the investigator decides to look into it—but can he find out what's causing all this, or is he fated to relive his mistakes forever?
